SuluTranslatorBundle – AI-powered machine translation
Development of an open-source bundle integrating the DeepL API at the heart of the Sulu CMS. This tool enables content managers to instantly translate entire pages or specific fields (Text, TextArea, CKEditor) whilst preserving the HTML markup.

The integration has been designed to be as seamless as possible for contributors, whilst adhering to Sulu’s interface standards.
- Smart Translation: Individual translation buttons have been added to each text field, along with a ‘Translate All’ button in the native toolbar.
- Security & Control: An ‘
Undo’ function to instantly revert to the previous value, and visual success indicators. - Usage Dashboard: Creation of a dedicated settings page displaying DeepL API quotas (progress bar, account type, limits) with granular access rights management.
